On October 10-11, XVI Science and Practical Conference of Federal Service for intellectual property (ROSPATENT) “Enhancing legislation and Enforcement in the Field of Legal Protection and Utilization of the Results of Intellectual Activity” took place in Moscow. Mrs. Ana Gobecha, Head of International Relations and Project Management Division of Sakpatenti, and Mr. Revaz Tabukashvili, Head of Administrative Department of Sakpatenti, participated in the Conference.

Among the issues discussed at the Conference the main focus was placed on the different topics, among them legal protection of Patent rights, informational support of examination and innovation, legal protection of the means of individualization, issues of management of the state rights to the results of intellectual activity, consideration of objections and appeals by administrative and judicial means.
