On July 19, 2011 Ukrainian newspaper Segodnya published a number of untrue facts about Mr. Kirkorov’s visit to Yalta, including spreading of information about a mass brawl involving the singer’s security damaging his reputation.

“The published information has damaged the reputation of our client and we are ready to defend his interests,” commented Alexey Reznikov, Head of Magisters’ litigation practice in Ukraine, who will represent the interests of Mr. Kirkorov in the case against the daily Segodnya and internet portal segodnya.ua.
