A regional seminar on “intellectual property in the Economic Activities of Enterprises and Organizations.” orginized by the National Center of intellectual property, Grodno and the State University of Kupala took place on June 30, 2011 in Grodno.

Prior to the workshop participants - managers and specialists of leading enterprises, scientific and technical organizations and commercial and industrial areas of the region - with reports on current issues of protection and use of intellectual property were the leaders of the National Center of intellectual property: CEO Voronetsky LI, Head of the registration Economics and industrial property Sesitsky EP, head of the trademark examination Nedvetsky DI, as well as head of the department of Patent documents of the Republican Scientific-Technical Library NI Safronov

During the workshop the Diploma of the National Center of intellectual property for the active use of intellectual property in order to enhance the competitiveness of products awarded Volkovysk JSC “Bellakt.”

The round table discussed the practical issues of using a strategy of enterprises, organizations and sectoral policies of intellectual property as a separate asset class in the competitiveness of producers on the market today.
