The Chairman of Sakpatenti and representatives of the Georgian Authors’ Society met with heads of radio companies. The participants of the meeting discussed the question of setting new tariffs for the use of copyright for broadcasting companies.

At the meeting a presentation of the program took place, which implies reforming the tariff policy, taking into account the existing reality, lowering tariff rates for the use of copyright for broadcasting organizations and their harmonization with international standards.

Ways of regulation and settlement of the legal proceedings instituted by the Authors’ Society against radio companies were also discussed at the meeting.
