WIPO Conference on Innovation and Climate Change: Stimulating Innovation, Accelerating Technology Transfer & Diffusion, Enabling Global Solutions

The World intellectual property Organization (WIPO) will hold a Conference on innovation and Climate Change at the International Conference Center Geneva (CICG) on July 11 and 12, 2011.

The Conference will open on Monday, July 11, 2011, at 9.30 a.m. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. This event is open to the general public.

Access to the CICG venue will be limited to persons wearing a conference admission badge, UN system accredited badge, or CICG staff badge. Participants are advised that all delegates, observers, media representatives, WIPO Secretariat staff, and all technical and CICG support staff, will only be admitted to the conference premises upon presentation of these badges.

Registration is free of charge and should be made on-line at http://www.WIPO.int/climate/en/registration [1]. Deadline of registration: July 6, 2011.

Admission badges are issued to participants at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear their badges visibly at all times when they are in the Conference Center and in the WIPO buildings.
