The User Day is primarily aimed at Patent Attorneys, IP support staff and staff responsible for the technical implementation of Online Filing. The morning session of the programme includes practical sessions on Online Filing for both new users or users with little experience of the Online Filing software. For more experienced users who want to find out more about formalities and procedural features and changes effective as of 1 January 2011 a distinct workshop is offered.
